Scholastics Portfolio

Postby virtualTune » Sat Jan 08, 2011 6:15 am

I haven't posted any artwork in several months so i figured i will share some of my photos that I will be entering for Scholastics Art and Writing Competition.
To those who don't know what that is, it is the biggest USA wide art competition of the year. (each year). The deadline is next Friday and everybody older than 14 can enter. You will be put into categories by grade, but even college and beyond artists are allowed. Anything can be entered and one can enter up to two portfolios (1 fine arts, 1 design and other). Thaz what i am doing. So below are a few out of a total of 8 pieces per portfolio, that I am going to enter. I am sorry but I had to put the watermarks... :/
whatever, feel free to critique and whatever. I strongly encourage you guys to enter as well. You can also simply enter singe (MATTED) pieces or photographs of 3D pieces.

I will soon upload my other portfolio (GD).

PS: sorry for the large images :D

Dude, I didn't know you took photos at all, much less that good. I mean, damn. The first and second are really good vT, I mean, really. ;D
Great composition work. The colors in the first are amazing!
Good luck in the competition though :D

vunertualtune = v i rtualt une - the i + the une at the end
so he probably wrote virtualt, then he accedentaly jumped back (and didnt notice) and/or selected the I and wrote une.
Then he relized he hadnt written tune, but just the T so he wrote the last une and there you go!
Vunertualtune!

Maffe811.
Standing up for vT since.... now... :P

no reason to lock all topics! It is only 3 weeks old! others are months old and they get revived! Example what are you thinking/listening to! -.-
