DLL missing....Can't open themes

Hi I'm new to GIMP and I really enjoy the program. However, I have downloaded the themes package for GImp and it won't open because a dll is missing. I have tried copy and paste, downloading and re downloading... Nothing seems to work, please help. I'm on a windows 7 OS laptop.

Which version of Gimp and where did you get the themes package?
For Gimp-2.8 use the GTK-2 themes.- http://dl.dropbox.com/u/36057148/GTK2%2 ... %202.8.zip
For Gimp-2.6.12 use Themes-v-1 - viewtopic.php?f=49&t=626&hilit=themes
