Hey guys,
Some of you might remember me, I used to be pretty active here until I kind of went on hiatus from art.
Well I' m trying to get back into GIMP now and I got an old broken camera from my grandpa (who' s an avid photographer himself). So right now I' m still figuring out if there' s any way to save the camera as it' s quite nice. Atleast nicer than the cheap digicam I' m using right now:D But as soon as I get enough money I' m gonna buy a new one, one that' s really cool:)
So yeah, a picture I made ages ago recently got featured in my local newspaper(this one: http://fav.me/d3a5eu8 ) and after lots and lots of people recognized my name I feel really motivated to get back into this all. I' ve made some major changes in my life and since I' ve got enough time right now to start GIMP up again I' ll see what I can come up with :wilber:
Nice to see people like VT, David and Maffe are still here too! So lets get this place back to life :)

I don't like that they wrote "Foto zu machen" .. you don't MAKE a photo .. you shoot one or something like that. German newspapers these days :D For you English people out there, it's not wrong to write that in German but .. it's not a nice thing for a grammar-nazi :D
