text is nice, but it's drawing my eyes away from the render (which needs sharpening, btw). not a fan of the border. colour is good, though. They seem to work well together, except maybe the blue spot. Not bad

well since you supposedly studied fine arts, i am asuming you know what the rule of thirds is?!! then try to put your render (aka. focus) at one of the focal points instead of the text. also, as she said, your text stands out far more than your render (render/stock/focus/ whatever you know what i mean!)

haha the black border worked well with these two sigs. Maybe I should change them up.. I have a few other crappy ones.

Work on your basics. I'm not seeing much blending and lighting. Also, stay away from text for awhile if not forever. It seldom works, even if vector text sprite taggers claim their text fad is epic.

while we're at it, i don't see any c4ds, except maybe the render that was done in c4d. i doubt that you did it though.

First day you join your a "fine arts student" (and yes I'm going to rain on your parade) and well you don't seem to be that "fine" you ain't bad probably better than me (in sig making that is ) but yet you say you are a "fine" arts student. You also came and posted a tutorial either the first or second day you joined not in the right section, and well that wasn't exactly "fine" looked like you could have atleast spent some time working on it and making it into an image >.>, then posted a challenge for us to make a signature with who knows what in who knows what time, then took the liberty to offer no prizes >.>
