You used way too much noise reduction. Overall it's not bad but your smudging needs work. As I've said before crank up the rate to about 80-90 and use a relatively small brush to give your smudge texture and details. It also wouldn't hurt to work on your lighting. It's kinda the opposite of what it should be atm.

The light should be coming from in front of the girl and everything behind her should be darker.
