Sorry about that.
As long as the CYGWIN dll file is not in the same folder as PSPI you should be fine.
You can also use Rob A's Python filter Shellout to call OpenOffice and the image will open in it automatically.
Then print it from there.You have to have Python-Fu installed for that though.

Thanks for the information page - To get it to work, did you install CUPS or any other software other than the GTK runtime ?
Gutenpr. works OK for me in linux with my printar, but not in windows yet - there were a bunch of DLL errors first, i fixed those, now the window loads, but it won't send the command to the printar for some reason - I also tried this a few months back and it wasn't working.
Windows Gutenpr. looks very tasty though.
