Mediafire is easiest, but for the record you can put it in a zip folder and upload that as an attatchement...
i dont think xcfs are allowed...

But when im looking at the picture... i really dont see that you have done anything.... it all seems so real! this is a good thing btw!
Have you ever thought about entering a competition or something ?
