Hey guys there is a version of 2.7.2 compiled for Windows

32 bit and 64 bit are both compiled (UNOFFICIAL VERSIONS).
Please do not report bugs for this compile as it isn't a official developer release for testing.

IF you want to use Python with the version you will need to also download the Python-2.7-DLL zip file.
It is on the same website.Python 2.7 is included in the version (just needs the dll file)
Also Partha was kind enough to compile the wavelet plugins and Liquid Rescale for 2.7.2

NOTE: The python dll file goes in the C:\Program Files\gimp-2.7.2\Python folder
OR wherever you put Gimp-2.7.2\Python

IF you have Python-2.7 installed there is no need to grab the dll file as it is already on your machine.

i have Python 2.5, 2.6 and 3.2
but ill stick to good ol' Gimp 2.6
I dont like non-stable/official releases
Due to gimp 2.7 not working the way i wanted it to
But still, thanks for the info

This version has Python included Maffe.You do not need to install anything.
Just place the entire gimp-2.7.2 folder in the Program Files directory and add the python 32 windows dll file if you want python scripts to work.
