I need help

Hello! I have a problem with Gimp and I would be grateful if someone could help me. I am a beginner in Gimp and I don't know what I have done wrong, I guess I have pressed a button or something, because now my gimp looks like this

What can I do to make it get back to normal, like it used to be?

To be fair, I had the same problem a few weeks ago. It must be a typical newbie mistake. In my case, before I hit the panic button, I worked with the interface until I figured out what I did wrong and how to restore the tooltabs. If there are a set of questions that newbies ask repeatedly, maybe it would be worth it for the forum staff to pin a thread to the top of the Gimp Help forum titled something like "Before you Post, Read This First!"

Just a suggestion.
