Gimp for Windows XP SP3 or later

.eps files won't open in either GIMP or FreeFileViewer

I've been trying to download some free icon and free png images which are inside .eps (encapsulated postscript) file formats. I can neither open nor even preview the files in either GIMP or FreeFileViewer. Gimp tells me I need ghostscripting installed. Is that a plug-in? Where can I get it? if you have a link, or any other related info about this problem, thank you. :)

Yes Gimp needs Ghost Script to open EPS format.
You can get it here ... http://www.werockyourweb.com/install-gh ... s-and-gimp
