Well those are some stock photos of smoke, or Photoshop smoke brushes either way you can't create an exact replica but you can get similar results using the Flame plugin.

just take a pic of some smoke, the set a dark green as FG color and a light as BG color then click, Colors>map>gradient map

it wont be the same, but try!

personally for single colour smoke i would play around in colours>hue-saturation or colours>colourize

you can also try colours>desaturate and then add a new layer, slap a gradient and set the layer on overlay.
