Wallpaper challenge

This is just for fun! There won't be a winner by voting, the community will simply argue. I have recently seen a picture of the new Reventon Roadster (lamborghini). I though I'd do a wallpaper for it. Then I though why not have a little competition since this community seems to love Sig-battles and all that. Well, here are the rules:

MAx size 1800x1400

Min size 1200x1000

(+/- 100)

Dont simply change the background and render the car, but also change at least parts or colors of the car.

I will give you until sunday 6 pm eastern (sry maffee and Baum idk what time that is for you) to "turn in" what you got. The final will be due January 9th. Pls link them all in your comments. If you have any suggestions, leave a comment.


Please try to NOT use brushes to make the BG but rather get working with pictures.

well thats settled, il join on 1 condition...
i can use the lamborghini gallardo for 2 reasons.
1. gallardo is my favorite!
2. i dont like the Reventon its to pointy-ish

Did you look at the pic, it got a great makeover. 2 reasons why you will have to stick with my guidelines: 1. The gallardo is easier to render, its much older and somewhat outdated (i like the new one) 2. I dont want to allow it to you and not allow david to chose a Beetle just becuz he like it better! ya know?>!

I will extend the deadline to next week cuz i didnt get much more either. Mine is somewhat surreal psychedelic ish, as its my style....

Carbon effect was my idea also, but i thik you should be careful not to over do it and to lower the opacity quite a bit otherwise it will look like a paint pattern rather than a material change.

I know the render isn't great!
