Is there a scripter here who can make a gimp script for me?

Like...
Here is the script in "human" understanding (i need it to be re-wrighten to gimp-ish)

Move image with the Ctrl+shift+O option>move it by [1] in the X direction and [2] in the Y direction
Repeat this [3] times



Here is how i want the interface to bee like:

And if you alsoo could tell me how you did it, that would be superb!

This would really help in my user bar tut!
Ive been thinking of this script a looooong time... so pleeease!
