Panorama Help!

So we had this little Supercell in out area recently and I went out to take some pictures and create a panorama of it. The original is about 10,000 pixels wide, but i resized it and put it in a .rar . I was hoping you could help me making a proper, clean panorama out of it, as i am struggling a bit. Here is a link to a mediafire file. I promise you it will only include an .xcf file of the photos already arranged but not quiet lined up yet. If you are up for the challenge et me know. Also, I found out, since they are somewhat dark, it helps to create a white layer on top and put it to "overlay". Since it is a big image, some Computers may no be able to run it and freeze. So if you dont have a quad core and >4Gb RAM you might not wanna try it

how old and fast is your pc?

I don' t know exactly, I think I got it like shortly after Windows XP came out. And I have no idea how fast it is, I' d assume pretty slow.

If you zip ONLY the images in a folder i will give it a go.
I don't want a xcf file that huge.

Noise and dead pixels everywhere :C

the dead pixels are easy to fix and the noise... well its just an olympus. thank you Rod, all i need to fix now is the bottom middle ^^ maybe i can use this as a basis for some editing.
