Btw, I didn't know that layers (with solid white or colored bg?) can add a mode like (combine) or add and (replace) or swap.

There is an option with a new script named PNG to SWF you add the scm file and download the SWFTools package.then place the swf2png.exe file in the plug-ins directory.You can now save SWF files with your png images.Plays just like a flash animation.

Then open any free flash program and add the sound file.Save as a SWF and embed into a webpage.
It's too bad you can not add the sound file within Gimp.Now that would be cool.
