VT can't you change the speed of each layer by changing ( ms speed ) in each layer?

Change the layer name.

In the end you write (Xms) where X is how many ms you wants the layer to last.

You can also define the layer mode.

Example:

Frame 001 (100ms) (combine)
Frame 002 (100ms) (combine)
Frame 003 (200ms) (replace)
Frame 004 (100ms) (combine)
Frame 005 (50ms) (replace)

Ajit's would be an awesome example of this.

If i had time, i woulda tried to dig up Ajits old sig.
Its a really good example on this!

VT it looks like you have one solid bg that can be removed and just allow the battery images to play.
That will take away that abrupt blink in the start of the animation.

But that is one cool icon my friend!

There is an option with a new script named PNG to SWF you add the scm file and download the SWFTools package.then place the swf2png.exe file in the plug-ins directory.You can now save SWF files with your png images.Plays just like a flash animation.
Then open any free flash program and add the sound file.Save as a SWF and embed into a webpage.

It's too bad you can not add the sound file within Gimp.Now that would be cool.
