nice work, the i like the red and yellow spirals more then the blue and yellow i don't think they match well.
did you use brushes to create that?

I went to Filters->Render->Nature->Flame and worked with it from there to get the spirals. You just have to explore around and see what you get.

hey sarah(is it ok to call u that here?? i know its your name, but just makin sure) how did u make that promo poster?? I've been looking everywhere to find a tut and had no luck.

the bug in the middle and the city on fire in the background were made in maya 8 by a friend of mine..the fonts for the poster i googled..don't remember where i got them...

btw..we are still working on that short...we started it in the summer, but because school has started since then, we havent' gotten hardly anything done..
