That's pretty neat. It's kinda hard to tell that it goes around to the far side though.

Looks pretty good, might look better with antialiasing, but i don't know if this is possible with gif pallettes,

Gif files get indexed (only uses X ammount of color) and the transparency is either there or its not (0 or 100, not 0 to 100 like with png).

Also, why gif and not apng ?
