Currently you have two focals, Yoshi and Mario, the could work but they are too far away, you have to get it down to one focal or move them closer together. :)

yoshi blends in very well...it took me about 3 minutes to find out where his hands are

There's actually nothing blended at all. Everything is just blurry so it's hard to distinguish edges. Also, the weird white overlay/smudgy bluriness is really killing the quality. Work on your execution and you'll be able to better express your concepts.

i actually didnt use any filter blur, i smudged everything on the signature accept the egg he is kicking. :)

Actually it means that the render/stock looks like it's supposed to be there because the color balance/contrast/lighting is consistent with everything around it.

@Dkitsme: Don't smudge your tag. It's really ruining it.
