This is a new sig, i used this tutorial...

C'n'C is welcome... and i know its not perfect, but the tutorial was a little confusing...
If someone (DAVID WOOD!!!) could try to convert it to a gimp tutorial i would be happy... (especially the mosaic part)
Edit: maybe i should include the picture..

You did a super job compared to the lousy instructions! I'm running in circles they are so bad. :question:

I don't think I can do a whole tutorial since the directions are horrible but I can tell you about the mosaic effect.

The layer that you smudge, duplicate it and on the top layer go to Filters>blur>pixelize adjust that to what you like. Then go to Filters>Enhance>Sharpen and set that to around eighty. Finally fool around with the blend modes so some of the original smudge texture shows through. Here is what I got.

including:
-render
-already smudged part
-ready to be smudeged
