Graphic Force

What is Graphic Force?
Graphic Force is a large graphics-community focusing on beginners - professionals. We have a lot of active members and loads and loads of resources and tutorials. We have special graphic-clans for group-based battles, but also have individual battles and a weekly signature battle: Singature of the Week. At this moment we are busy with "Project 247", this is a secret project which will be revealed soon, so if you want to find out more join !

Why would I join you?
Since the summer of 2009 we have had 80,000 posts over 500 members, however in the beginning of 2010 we got cracked by a security-breach in the forum-software itself, after that we have rebuild and already over a 100 members and made 10,000 posts (reaching the 80,000 milestone). The community isn't a loosely, spamming, flaming community, no we are tight. All the members have a good relationship with each other. We are all friends. You can learn a lot on Graphic Force, we have a huge trunk full of resources, tutorial. Ranging for Gimp to Cinema4D.
Furthermore we have a lot of members able to help you out with things such as HTML/CSS and almost every type of graphic/design.[/center]

I'll give it a looksie, but I'll be way more active on gimper. Gimper is kinda like a 2nd home. =D

Some say the line between the victim and the assailant is very, very, thin
Maybe the only way to not be the victim, is to become the assailant

Hehe I had that as well with gimper.net :3 I was quite bonded with a couple of people here, but when they left I didn't feel the urge to stay. All of a sudden David Wood became a global mod and I was like, huh who is he :O so I was confused, now I see he's doing a good job. ;)

GF is my 2nd home now, and gimper will always be the third. I've been graphically e-born here. xD

As the administrator of Graphic Force, I must thank in advance those who plan on, or already have joined the forum. Maybe we could affiliate with this forum in some way.

Heylo David, nice to meet you also.

About me? Well, since you asked :P I've been doing graphics for about 3+ years now and use good old Photoshop 7.0 (who needs all the fancy CS4 techniques when you can have a perfectly fine version of Photoshop 7!).

As already mentioned, I administrate Graphic Force and have done for the past 9 months now. With the help of other staff, and the excellent community, it is now considered one of the top graphics and design forums on Zetaboards, with over 80,000 posts.

I'm 17 and a huge fan of gaming. Final Fantasy XIII is what I'm currently playing through, and have recently completed Heavy Rain, Mass Effect 2 and Assassins Creed 2.

^_^ That'll do :P

Well, I'm the mod of Gimper (the only active mod anyway), I'm 17 until July, I use Gimp (obviously) Photoshop CS3 and CS4, and After Effects. I'm a Star Wars fan and I love the Battlefront games. And I'm an Indianapolis Colts fan. 8)

What did you think of the LOTR battlefront type game? Lord of the Rings: Conquest I believe was the name, for the Xbox360 / PS3 :P

So what's up with this forum then? Just a bit slow recently or?

Never played it, I'm on a PS2. The forum isn't as active as it once was since all the top members moved off to other forums (I believe several went to Graphic Force) or started their own, or got older and had to go to work. :)
