What's going on with this, and by what I mean is, has this started already, is currently being worked on, etc:

Is the magazine gonna be a pdf, is it like a big help tutorial, or what???

PDF and HTML will be launched simultaneously.
The magazine will be filled with all kinds of graphic artist information.

Awesome, so I'm guessing you can't embed or incorporate a video in it can you???

yes we can, but i prefer to keep it just text and images for now. =)

We're like the gimp development team, we had it sqedualed for release, but it just getting pushed back due to pepole problems....

ok, well I'm gonna do a whole series on the basics of Gimp such as the tools, filters, etc: (kind of like a book, I was working on it before, but I lossed all the images, and sh*t, and forgot to back it up.)

I thought Greg was going to get us the art fill but i guess he is pretty busy lately.

The rest is done and ready for final edit.
Where ever our senior editor went i have no idea.

O is finished - check. I thought she might wanna do a bit of a final touch-up.

We don't need an interview - check. Even though I think it might come cool if we'd ask some real pro about his/her attitude towards art, skill, practice and so on.

Font section: mine? - NO check I'm doing the tutorials, that should be it. Somebody just present his top 10 fonts and talk about them a bit (where to use, where to download, copyright things and so on)

Artwork section .. well, if everyone recommends 1 artwork done with Gimp (dA is a great place), then we already have 4/5 more pages filled. That shouldn't be as hard.

Anyway, we can discuss stuff like this in the Magazine forum, so I'll leave this topic with a big shout out to anyone who wants to do an interview/font section + design his page like he wants. Anyone up for it?

That's the only thing , we need to get permission to use the art.
So go ahead and talk to some Gimp users over there Maffe if you want.

NOTE: Be sure it is only Gimp related work.There is a lot of Photo Shop material over there also, and i wouldn't want to throw a piece in the Gimp mag created in PS, or some other image editor!
