Forum reorganization

I added and updated description on most of the forums. I also moved forums around to make them appear more logical. The forums itself however didn't change - only their position on the front page.

Feel free to comment on the changes. We can and should change existing descriptions if they can be improved.

I probably won't notice much of a difference since I've been using the View New Posts option since the forum updated

I.E. the best new feature. Looks great, though.

The same feature was there in the old design as far as I know ... even though it was called "view active topics", it was basically the same.

View Active Topics is still around, but there's some difference (we have view new posts and still have view active topics.

Also, view unanswered posts. Wonderful.

we had both features in the old website Cyril. I am surprised you never noticed ^^
