Install disk for 10.4.11?

Post Install disk for 10.4.11?
HOW DO I GO ABOUT GETTING AN INSTALL DISK? (sorry for caps)

Also, to help - here is the error message I get. I am working on my school laptop, but I do have access to install programs.
