Hello, recently I came across a few things that might improve gimper.net technically

Right now there is a search, but it looks globally in the forum. Right now we can add a search in the TOPIC, which will allow the users to search specific things. (Example, if the topic has over 200 pages, it'll be helpful to just search)

    Give me your thoughts!

phpBB isn't as good as google, they cant build relational phrases. they just do a keyword hunt.

    lol
there is no way comparison of google and phpBB as google is search engine and phpbb is forum :p
phpBB has to search within a single website of its own database
whereas google has to index the whole web :p

i think yonyonjohn meant the search feature of phpbb compared to the search feature of google.

i think he knows they are different things
