    Get MathMap here - <a class="postlink" href="http://www.complang.tuwien.ac.at/schani/mathmap/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.complang.tuwien.ac.at/schani/mathmap/</a>
IF you downloaded and installed the OFFICIAL Gimp-2.8 from Gimp.org...
The new installer now knows you have a 64 bit system so it installs 64 bit Gimp and a folder named 32 in your gimp install directory.
MathMap plugin and dll files should go in there.MathMap has not been compiled for 64 bit as of yet.
The mathmap folder with the expressions inside needs to go in your userfolder\.gimp-2.8 folder.

Try that and see if that works for you. :)
