This is My try at the HDR (High Dynamic Range) Effect.
I personally Like the Way it turned out.
Not bad. Personally I think the first one just needs to be brightened and saturated.
Yeh it wasnt the Greatest choice Of Picture to try it On
But It was Fun doing anyway.
How do you brighten a photo? I saw a VT where they used 3 layers of the same image to create the HDR effect. Is that the only way or is there any other way?
You can brighten images using curves, levels, brightness and contrast, and several layers with different blending mode. To get a fake HDR effect you need to use the several layers plus other steps.
To Get This HDR effect Try this- http://gimpology.com/submission/view/fa ... ok_in_gimp
There are many Ways to brighten though,As David Stated.
