Mechanical switches

    Hi everyone,
    Does some have an example on how to draw a mechanical switch such as one of the following in gimp? Such as the following:

    I would say that you would need basic pixel art skills and then just make one.
    I do not think there is a switch specific tutorial out there, but you could look.
    You should google pixel art tutorial gimp, or wait for someone else cause im not good with pixelart.

    Many times i will download an image of what i want to create, and then look at it real good as if it were in layers.I do this for real life objects i want to create also. :)
    There are many images (FREE) out on the web of light switches and other types of toggle switches.

    Download 2 or three and look at them real close.What does the lighting look like.Most bevels can be created in one layer with a gradient.Look at the image as if it were layers in a drawing.
    You will be surprised what you can create. :)
