Gradients help

    Hi all im new,

    I would stop longer but im kinda in a hurry so i'll do my intro later.

    Basically, i downloaded some gradients for my GIMP and was wondering how the hell do i install them so they work in GIMP?

    if you need to know im using Windows XP.

    Go to your

    Document and settings -> YOUR USER -> .gimp-2.4 -> gradients
    reload gimp

    Well first you download them, which you have already, then just extract them to a Temporary folder (or any place that they won't be in the way), then just copy the gradient files, not the folder, to the location David has provided;
    Document and settings -> YOUR USER -> .gimp-2.4 (or whatever version of GIMP you have installed) -> gradients

    this basically applies to anything you try to install, like patterns, brushes, gradients (like you're trying to install), scripts, etc. you just put them in the designated folders found where david described,
