dmorris68 Thanks so much for the GTK tutorial. I installed gimp themes and it made my pidgin and gedit have the raleigh skin, lol. I was able to get both apps to have matching skin to gimp. Yay! ^-^

Ok, installed Gimp Themes and LOVE it! However, I'd like to go back to the original default at times.... I went back in and tried to change it back to the default I realized when it changes to the new theme it saved over the original...

How do I change it back?

    TIA

Oh... Okay, seems like gimp does not replace the theme file...
you could have just deleted the theme file and re install

I wish the themes package came with the original as well, so I could go back and forth. I teach a beginner class using Gimp, and don't want any confusion as to what Gimp looks like. But I like somthing different when I'm not teaching....

    Thanks again!

Copy the original to a non-gimp related folder and when you want the original gimp theme, copy it back.

You can either delete the gtkrc file and Gimp will rewrite it.
    OR
You can go into the bin folder and click on the theme selector execute file there.
