Quite nice but the Gimp 2.8 on the right should have a bit more background. The "2" is barely identifiable as such?

I think it' s cool and I' d like to use it. Just need to find out how to do that :D
I' d like to suggest to change the font though, this one just doesn' t fit. Also, I think it needs a dot behind the "2".

Hah i didn't think of the dot.
Anyways this is a new play on old work.Just the old splash and some under layering and masks.Sadly when my machine died at the middle of this year i lost the XCF to the original I should probably remake it with a different font.Sounds like a challenge. :)

The original (from about 1 year ago), is also posted here.

Oh ok, now the "revisited" makes sense. I prefer the new version and am now using it as my splash screen. Thanks :)

Rod, that looks cool, better than the original. Although Wilber's face looks weird in this one.

Probably to much brightness or contrast.Comparing them both i can now see the difference. It is definitely too much brightness.I think i will keep it the way it is though.

    Thanks David.
