GIMP logo font

    Not to sure where to post this, so sorry if it's in the wrong place.

    I was wondering if the font used in the GIMP logo on the splash screens is available as a font to buy/download :question:

    I have found something, but I am not sure if it is exactly similar. (could be though!)
    Anyway: I found this at dafont.com (it is the Transuranium font)

    nice find but it needs to be itallic but if its there then thats cool

    Right... and the t is not the same either. But most of it looks the same. I will go on and search further :)

    I don't think that the font was originally italic. They probably used the perspective tool after they typed in the words to make it look that way. Might wanna try using the font that Stanley found and then use the perspective tool on it.

    Thanks Sglider, didnt think of that, but still it isnt the same font, the t looks weird in the font ive found.

    Yeah the Transuranium font isn't the same, but thanks anyway! :) (sorry if this is a double post - I accidently posted just before without logging in :p )
