"Edit" button

    I notice that the "edit" button for posts is only available for a limited time. I find this kinda annoying because if you have something to add, and the "edit" button isnt there, you're forced to either double post, or wait for someone else to reply so you can put in your statement after him so you dont double post. This bother anyone else here?

    Me too. I have never understood why you are not allowed to edit your own posts. It would reduce the number of threads for a start because you would not need to start a new one for each new image. ???

    I remember this coming up in the past and I can't remember what the decision was. Of course I can still edit my posts forever... and all of your posts :p

    I remember there being a topic about this before... i think there were just coding issues that hadn't been figured out yet...

    or you could contact a mod. although that's a hassle that doesn't need to occur.

    anyway, i fully support your suggestion. hope it gets sorted out.

    I had just the same problem, but no fear. I am all for them fixing the edit button. :idea:

    Reason why we have limited edit time is so spammers can't take advantage of it by editing their old posts and link spamming without anyone noticing.
