I suffer from low vision, and need to be able to increase the size of the toolbar and its icons. I found a theme that increases the size of the font, but can't seem to find a way to increase the icon size. Any help?

There was a member here that had desaturated a set of icons for Gimp to make them look more like Photo Shop.So i would guess you could make a set that had a larger scale.I do not know how they would look in the toolbox though.
    <a class="postlink" href="http://dl.dropbox.com/u/8811299/GIMP-GS-icon-themes-1.0.zip" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://dl.dropbox.com/u/8811299/GIMP-GS ... es-1.0.zip</a>

Now just make them bigger (rescale them bigger)
I would do it in Inkscape as the quality would stay crisp.

Then place the icons here (directory tree intact)
    1) for Linux: /usr/share/gimp/2.0/themes/
    2) for Windows: ../GIMP-2.0/share/gimp/2.0/themes/

Edit, Preferences, Themes. There's a version with bigger icons, although I think Gimp is set on this by default.
